Children up to 3 years old stay for free in existing beds or cots/ribs.
Only small pets are allowed with a daily supplement of €5.00.
Payment methods
At the time of booking, a deposit equal to 30% of the agreed price is required.
The balance will then be paid by guests at check-in. The following payment methods are accepted: cash, checks, debit cards, and credit cards (Visa and Mastercard), bank transfer (NEW BORGO CONSOLE srl, Intesa San Paolo, IT48J0860380180000000322140 – BIC/SWIFT: BCITITMME77).
Reservation cancellation policy
Cancellations made up to 14 days before the scheduled arrival date do not incur any charges and involve the refund of the deposit. Cancellations made after this deadline and “no shows” (failure to arrive) result in the retention of the deposit paid.
In case of early departure, payment for the entire stay will be required.
